Online Appointment - The Process
Fill in the quick assessment form below to access our counselling services. We will share this information with a therapist to ensure the right fit for your needs. Once a match is found, you’ll receive our terms and conditions along with the therapist's bio via email for your review and signature. Together, we’ll find a time slot that works best for your mental health therapy sessions. After you’re comfortable with the terms and session timing, we’ll guide you through the payment process. Payments are typically validated within 15 minutes, although rare delays may occur due to technical glitches. You’ll receive a confirmation email along with your secure online session link.
Please Note
Our counselling services are available to individuals 18 years and older (a valid ID may be requested). This is not an emergency service. Your assessment data is kept completely confidential — shared only between you and your therapist. A copy is securely stored in our system and never disclosed to anyone else.
